The weather forecast looks windy, cold and wet with16 mph, 60s F and 100% rain.   

We will be using option 2,

Option 2.  We would move the event indoor back to Eberhard center.  

I would ask all the teachers to prepare some indoor games for the students.  Teachers, please send me the game format or names.

The weather forecast for Saturday afternoon in Ada does not look promising.   There will be a 70~90% chance of rain in the afternoon.   

Let's plan two options, and I will send out a final notice and decision by Saturday morning by 10 am.

Option 1. Plan holds as is, if the forecast should look fine in Saturday morning.

Option 2. If the forecast would say there should be a high chance of rain by Saturday morning, we would move the event indoor back to Eberhard center.  I would ask all the teachers to prepare some indoor games as a backup plan.  Teachers, please send me the game format or names. 

The volunteers who will purchase food for the event, please keep the receipts, and you will have reimbursement on site.

The school, if weather permits, will hold an outdoor class (from 1 pm to 4 pm) on May 20th at Ada park (1180 Buttrick Ave, ADA). 

 

The students will have opportunities to participate 6 games and other activities.  Snacks are available between the games.  

The students are welcome to bring along a friend or two who are interested in learning Chinese.

We will need volunteers to help organize the games and student activities.  If you wish, please forward your name to me with the activities that you would like to help out.

冰淇淋 + 蛋卷 (gfs in cooler, yx)，  水120~150瓶 (4*40, 张迎)，

薯片 (7, 李云清),  小面包（hawaiin bread 3, ella）

盘子/ 餐巾（有存货, yx）；餐具， 勺（gfs, yx）

纪念品　:　各年级分班准备 (room teachers, student number x 1.5)
