Update, Fwd: 2017 CAWM Food Booth Volunteers

Thanks you for participating the CAWM activity.  Here is the booth info update.

The annual Festival of the Arts in Grand Rapids will be held from June 2 to June 4 this year. This is a community celebration in downtown Grand Rapids, featuring arts, entertainment, food and fun activities for the entire family. See more details at: http://www.festivalgr.org.

CAWM will be participating in the festival and providing Chinese food to the community again this year. It is also the only annual fundraising event for the association and a great opportunity for our high school students to help the community as well as earning volunteer hours.  We need your help to make it a successful event. 

Location: Booth #5 (Near Ottawa and Fountain)

We need at least 12 volunteers for each shift as indicated below: 

6/2 (Friday): AM shift: 9:30am-4pm, PM shift 3:30pm-10pm.

6/3 (Saturday): AM shift: 9:30am-4pm, PM shift 3:30pm-10pm.

6/4 (Sunday): AM shift: 9:30am-4pm, PM shift 3:30pm-8pm.
