Hello,

This is just my ignorant speculation but I think it might be useful to
know the machine specifications, Guile configuration used on the
machine -i.e Stack Size and the dimensions of the map.

I could foresee possible problems at the event if contestants are
developing on different configurations; especially stack overflows if
the map is quite large.

It certainly couldn't hurt; I'll confirm the details shortly.

Okay, so the machine will be an Asus EeePC R101, running Ubuntu GNU/
Linux 10.10 Maverick Meerkat, with a 1.66 GHz Intel Atom N450 CPU and
1GB RAM.

The map size will be 45W x21H.

I'm not entirely sure of the specific Guile options used during
compilation - it's whatever was used by the package maintainer :-) Is
that sufficient or should I go digging for more info.?
