Windows Server 2016 now includes MultiPoint Services as a role. This includes the ability to deploy a server in a multipoint role. This version was released on 26 September 2016. The MultiPoint Connector services Feature - which is also available in Server 2016 - cannot be installed alongside the MultiPoint Services role.

I have recently installed multipoint server 2012 premium on an HP ML350P G8. (This server does not have any AD services/roles installed on it.) After configuring a template in multipoint manager, I am unable to install any remote desktop service roles via server manager. I am not given any explanation as to why the install won't complete. I have tried numerous times to no avail. The screenshot below shows where the installation hangs up at. Any input would be appreciated.
