If you're using OS X, I recommending recording Gravit with "QuickTime Player". It has a full-screen recording mode in File -> New Screen Recording.

As for screenshots, they're saved in ~/Library/Application Support/com.slowchop.gravit/screenshots/

If you post a YouTube video, feel free to share it on this mailing list or me directly. I've started collecting these videos and will put them on the website eventually.
