Epic Games Farming Simulator 19 Gratis

It appears that the Epic Games Store has locked in its next major giveaway and players looking to relax and harvest their crops are in for a very good time indeed. Maintaining its tradition of providing users with one or two free games every week, the EGS is currently in the midst of a massive sale, meaning the platform is looking to draw the attention of more people by handing out games with a slightly higher profile. Last week's free game was the excellent Dragon Age: Inquisition, and this week's is shaping up to be very different but still excellent.
Per a post on X (formerly Twitter), Epic Games shared a brief teaser video of the game that will provided to all users for free on May 23 and based on the visual, supported by previous rumors, it's Farming Simulator 22.
The fuzzy graphic of the tractor lines up with the game's cover art which similarly depicts a massive gas-guzzling farming vehicle, confirming the rampant speculation that's flown about the internet in the last week. As per usual, players will have a week to claim Farming Simulator 22 from the EGS before it is replaced by a different title.
While it may stand to reason that the most recent PC entry in the long-running Farming Simulator franchise is also the best, it's worth noting why it's so well-regarded amongst the community. Aside from the more obvious point that it sports the most advanced visuals, it also has the most base game content in the entire series as well as plenty of DLC expansions for those looking to grow their experience even more. Many of the quality-of-life mods released for older games were integrated into FS22 by default, making it the most streamlined experience yet.
Farming Simulator 22 also boasts a wide range of customization options, including a wealth of original maps and fan-made farms to provide players with a constantly unique experience. Its mechanics are also deep, allowing users to really dig into the bones of the operations and micromanage the optimizations of their farming process. It may be intimidating at first, but once the baseline mechanics have been established, it's both relaxing and peaceful to see one's farm working smoothly.
The Epic Games Store's latest giveaway may not be everyone's cup of tea but given the explosion of life/farming RPGs like Stardew Valley and Disney Dreamlight Valley in recent years, a more realistic take on the genre will certainly appeal to many interested players. Those who enjoy Farming Simulator 22 can also check out Farming Simulator 23, the most recent release which is exclusive to Nintendo Switch and mobile. It may not be as deep as its predecessor but it's still an excellent game to play on the move.
