New matching grants out from Open Space http://www.sonomaopenspace.org.

The Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation & Open Space District is excited to announce the opening of the 2011-12 Matching Grant Program application period on January 9, 2012. The District will be offering up to $2 million total in grant funding for this upcoming cycle. The District will hold a mandatory workshop about the program for interested applicants (attend either January 9 or January 12). For more information, visit their website.

Thanks, Nancy. We're not in a position now to apply for the grant. We don't have enough money for a matching grant of any useful size. We'll probably go for a grant during their next funding cycle.
