Join us in this 2-hr guided workshop blending asana, restorative yoga, essential oils, energy healing, group counseling /sacred sharing, and principles from eastern and western psychology into a transformative experience aimed not only at healing the heart, but also tuning into the sacred heart, the heart that can never be hurt.

This journey into the HEART comes by way of grace. We are sanctified by the work we do to heal our heart from past wounds, heart break, and pain. We learn to transmit our suffering into something that is beautiful and serves others through hard work, spiritual practice, service, and honesty.
About the Instructor:
Angela Fe is a holistic healer, hatha/restorative yoga instructor and future Addiction’s Counselor who lives with her two precious children and wonderful husband in Flagstaff, Arizona. Her approach includes mindfulness, prayer, meditation, mantram, nature, exercise, essential oils, energy and chakra healing, art therapy, sacred sharing, and nutritional balancing. She practices intuitive energy healing and coaching via Skype and over the phone, and offers in person training and workshops in all levels of Usui Reiki and Restorative Yoga and Chakra Therapy.
