My apologies if you have already received the Conference information, however here is some general travel information if you are interested in attending the Conference.
There are at least three ways to get from Prescott to Denver and return:
1. Driving – one way, approx 865 miles, 13 hours, via I-17, I-40, I-25
2. Fly directly from Love Field, Prescott, via Great Lakes Airlines to Denver International Airport, with one 10-15 minute stop in Farmington, NM, and no plane change. Time is about 2-3/4 hours. Free parking at Love Field.
3. Fly from Phoenix via various airlines.

REGISTRATION
Steps to Register:
1. Every friend attending the conference (including friends who are not staying overnight) must send his or her (a) name, (b) phone number, (c) community location and (d) roommates name to this e-mail: caroly...@comcast.net
2. Friends without an e-mail address must phone Carolyn Lawrence at
303-750-4213 and leave her a message with the above information.
3. Call the hotel of your choice at the number listed and make a reservation.
(a) One person calls for each room reservation.
(b) Mention the special conference code: Circle of Friends to receive the discount group rate.
(c) Reservation cutoff date is September 14, 2012.
(d) Pay the Holiday Inn directly.
Meals:
Breakfast is included only in Hotel #2; there are restaurants nearby.
A special luncheon for all attendees is planned for Saturday at Hotel #1.
Airport Transportation:
Call the hotel of your choice for shuttle pickup at the numbers listed above.
Cancellations:
If you have to cancel your conference registration for any reason, notify Carolyn Lawrence. Hotel room cancellations are your personal concern.
Note: Only friends over the age of 14 years who have had a formal introduction and have attended at least one community hour are invited to attend this conference.
