I know I promised not to spam you, but Google.groups is not being my
friend. I did just send out a photo, but since I didn't receive it
myself, I imagine some of you did not either. I'm re-sending the
message without the photo, because the correction regarding the NAACP
is important. The party was not sponsored by the NAACP, rather by
Eugene and other members of the local group whom I am happy to call my
supporters.
So that's it--at least till after Festifall!

Some Sally Greene supporters at Eugene Farrar's party yesterday: left
to right, Carrboro Alderman Dan Coleman, CHCCS School Board Member
Annetta Streater, my Town Council colleagues Ed Harrison and Bill
Thorpe, me, and (seated) Rebecca Clark.
A correction from the last message: The party was not sponsored by the
NAACP organization; however, many of the local members were present. I
am proud to have worked with them on various issues, and in this
campaign I am very proud to have their support.
Annetta is running to keep her seat on the School Board. She has been
doing a great job and promises to continue to be a strong voice on the
Board. I'm supporting her, and I encourage you to do so as well.
Dan Coleman is running to keep his seat in Carrboro. He has been doing
the fine work on the Board that I knew he would, and I hope that like
me you will encourage Carrboro voters to keep him in office.
Cheers,
Sally
