Dear friends,
I'm delighted to report that the Chapel Hill News has joined the list of organizations endorsing my candidacy. Here's what they said:
"Sally Greene has taken lead roles and helped steer the town in the
right direction on a number of important issues. She chaired a
community task force on affordable housing and from the very start she
has been one of the leaders of the effort to end homelessness. She has
been an advocate for both environmental and historic preservation.
Greene is well prepared, reasoned and persuasive, and we look forward
to her continued leadership in the next four years."

As we enter the last week, the Greene Team would still appreciate more volunteers to spend an hour or two at one of the polling places, handing out literature and keeping my name out there. By all accounts a low turnout is expected--which means that every vote really counts! Any time of the day, from when the polls open at 6:30
a.m. to closing at 7:30 p.m., would be helpful. If you can contribute in this way, please email Tom Jensen,
tje...@email.unc.edu.
Also remember that early voting continues through Saturday. You can vote in Chapel Hill (old post office), Carrboro, or Hillsborough. Details here:

Go Greene!
