now that i have finally mastered raccoon control via a 2-wire electric fence (AND a roost with electric wire at 3 inches all around and 15 inches at 20 inch high doorway; this provided predator control nicely for about a week), i have a bobcat challenge. Game camera got a good photo of cat sauntering away from the closed roost door. Anyway my electric fence design (presently a wire at 5 and another at 10 inches from ground) can be modified to keep this cat out of my pasture and / or open roost? Please let me know.
premier1 sells a 5'8" tall net fence that maybe even a bobcat can't
jump over. best suggestion I have. I hate my net fences, my pasture is
so irregular it seems that the bottom strands always fold and short,
but with daily attention it is keeping the coon from pulling legs
through the wire floor of my egg trailer that has the 1x2 wire
floor...
