Dear Friends,
I am very saddened to have to report that Dr. Henry Liu died in a car accident Monday, December 1st. We are all struggling to recover from the shock of this great loss. To me, Dr. Liu was not only my employer, but a very dear friend and mentor. His family, of course, is most affected. For all of Dr. Liu's accomplishments, he was foremost a wonderful family man who loved his wife, Susie, of 50 years and his three fine sons, Jason, Jerry and Jeff. Jerry is our CEO and will be continuing his father's work. It will take time to formulate a plan for the business
but will take much longer to adjust to not having Dr. Liu here to guide us.

While I never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Liu, he did send me
some very interesting samples of some 5" diameter biomass tablets he
had made. I am sure his creative contributions will be greatly
missed. I send my condolences to his family and friends who must be
feeling this loss terribly. -- Jock
