graphserver in windows?

i want to use graphserver and its tools just to try something out. i really need to do it using graphserver. but my problem is i'm running on windows. and configuring for a dual boot with linux will be a lot of work and effort considering what i just need to do. i heard about using cygwin but i dont know how to install them or how to configure graphserver to run using cygwin. can anybody help me please.. a step-by-step or referrence would be very much appreciated. thank you.
