Simplified graphlab installation for multicore.

Hi,
Yucheng have simplified the installation procedure.
Kyoto Cabinet (KC) is now conditionally compiled (to be used in the
distributed graphlab version).
 - If KC is found, it will be used.
 - If it is not found, disk graphs will not be compiled

./configure --bootstrap
Will NOT install Kyoto Cabinet

./configure --force_kc_install
is needed to force Kyoto Cabinet installation

If you already have a kyoto cabinet install, and want to disable it
./configure --no_kc will disable Kyoto Cabinet

Please let us know if you encounter any problems with the new
installation procedure.
