GraphIT suffered from an unusable library but recovered in an admirable
fashion. They obtained a good understanding of the use of the system and a
vision of what it should look like, resulting in a new application that is
good looking and userfriendly, with nice special features like the floating
legend, special colouring when no problem is selected, a sidebar and reworked
dialogues. In the beginning they were hesitant to speak up against the client,
but later on they were self-confident enough to guide the customer in the
desired direction. There are minor issues with the code and the application.
Nice touches are a list of changes to ISGCI and compilation manual. Good
presentation on git.
