Weve designed high-quality products so that it can grow with both your child and family. Because of this, our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, starting from the day it was purchased.

WonderFold Warranty Policy

Effective February 1, 2024

Limited Warranty Coverage:

When you purchase a new, unused WonderFold product, you are entitled to receive a product free from any manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date the product is delivered. The claim must be filed within 30 days from the date the product is delivered. Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a product.

For any claims regarding missing parts or cosmetic damage, customers must contact WonderFold within 30 days from the delivery date. For any claims regarding missing or wrong items, customers must contact WonderFold within 30 days of the delivery date.

Warranty Extension for WonderFold Products:

When you purchase a new, unused WonderFold product from www.wonderfold.com or an authorized seller, your product is covered under our one-year manufacturer warranty. Our warranty covers parts that affect the functionality of the product.

*All accessories purchased from February 1, 2023, onwards will be covered under our extended warranty, given that you have contacted us within one year from the delivery date.

Warranty Claim Process:

To submit a claim, you will need proof of purchase showing the date of purchase, the retailer's name, and a list of the items purchased. Unfortunately, we won't be able to process your claim if this information cannot be provided.

After looking through your claim, if we find that a manufacturer defect exists with your WonderFold product that affects the product's functionality, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the part or product at no charge to you. In some instances, we will request the damaged part be returned to our warehouse for inspection. If the part is not shipped within three weeks of receiving the return label, the warranty for your product will be null and void for the remainder of the warranty period.

If you are an international customer who purchased from an authorized seller, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your replacement parts.

Exclusions and Limitations:

Some exclusions apply which would void or do not apply to the one-year warranty, which includes but is not limited to:

Misuse of Warranty:

If there is any misuse of our warranty, the customer will no longer be able to file a warranty claim for past or future WonderFold purchases and the customer will be removed from all WonderFold programs they participate in.

Unauthorized Dealers:

We want our customers to enjoy our products fully and firmly caution them against buying from an unauthorized dealer.

Since we have no formal relationship with these retailers, we may not help you should you experience difficulties with your products.

To ensure the integrity of your purchases, we recommend that you only purchase our products from authorized dealers. We officially recognize these dealers and will honor any warranty from these official retailers only.

Please contact us regarding the vendor in question, and we can confirm if they are authorized!

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for submitting a warranty claim via our website as part of our warranty process. This includes uploading relevant photos, videos, providing detailed order information, and proof of purchase.

WonderFold reserves the right to modify or amend the warranty policy at any time, with or without notice.

This policy states that only the warranties specifically mentioned here apply. No other warranties, whether stated or implied, such as warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are included.

I am bringing computers, monitors, printers and such items into the building. We are using them for registration, show management offices, our cyber caf and show management booths. Is my IT staff allowed to come in and set up my computers?

Exhibitor and Show Management full-time employees of their company may set up and connect computers, tablets and all computer components and any required low voltage power supply equipment for non-public use. Public use computer and tablets, such as cyber cafes, exhibiting booth space and meeting rooms would require show labor to install and dismantle.

If the radio station cannot use an internet or phone line to facilitate their live broadcast, then an ISDN circuit would need to be ordered through a local telephone carrier. The carrier would install the line in our MDF and our technicians would extend the line to the requested location. There is a cost associated with extending an ISDN line.

Registration for children 17 years of age and younger is complimentary, but children must wear an identification wristband at all times (available for free at on-site Registration with a registered adult). Anyone age 18 years or older is required to pay the registration fee to access the trade show floor. See Children Policies for IAAPA Expo

EDUTours and events that are not sold out can be purchased at Registration in the OCCC, North or South Concourse. All breakfasts, lunches, and receptions are ticketed events with a separate registration fee. Space is limited and may sell out. There are no printed tickets. Tickets are tied to the badge which will be scanned for access to the event. No one under the age of 18 may participate in EDUTours or special events including IAAPA Celebrates.

Tickets for special events are available for pre-purchase online as well as on-site based on availability. Each registrant may only purchase one ticket per event. Tickets are tied to the badge and not printed. Tickets are non-refundable. Contact Registration to switch a ticket to another registrant. You must be registered for the Expo and at least 18 to attend any ticketed function.

Only written requests to [email protected], received on or before 30 days prior to the start of Expo will receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee. There are no refunds for registration fees after the 30-day cutoff date. There will be no refund for special event tickets purchased and no refund for charity items benefiting the IAAPA Foundation or GKTW events at any time. Cancellations due to illness or emergency will be evaluated by the IAAPA team on a case-by-case basis.

All attendees will be required to provide a picture ID to collect their badge, purchased tickets on-site. Students and Faculty will be required to provide a current student or faculty ID from a degree-granting university or college.

IAAPA will provide visa letters or letters of invitation for attendees and exhibitors during the registration process. Your visa letter will be sent to you by email upon completion of registration. For visa letters needed before registration opens, please click here.

Shuttle bus signage and schedules for transportation to the OCCC are available in each of the shuttle route hotels below. All buses will drop off and pick up on the North side first, then proceed to the South sides of the convention center.
