ROBBERY AND ARREST: 2AM Monday, a Grant Street resident near Memorial was robbed as he was existing his vehicle. He was returning home from work and was approached by 2 young, black males. One of the males pulled out a gun while the second male went through the victim's vehicle and took his wallet, phone, keys, etc.
Later in the morning, APD arrested them. According to the Zone 6 evening watch commander, they are investigating several other robberies to determine if they are related. We've asked our community prosecutor to keep us updated on this case.
THEFT OF WHEELS: A Milledge resident near Grant has just reported the theft of alloy rims and tires from his Honda FIT which was parked in the driveway. He heard some noises around 11PM last night but thought it was a neighbor moving the trash bins.
