Results: In total, 157 women (mean age: 54.2 4.1 years) were included in the analysis. All patients had at least 12 months follow-up. After 4 weekly and 5 monthly HA-CS bladder instillations, UTI episodes decreased from 4.13 1.14 to 0.44 0.50 (p = 0.01) at 12 months, while recurrent UTI time prolonged from 94.8 25.1 days to 178.4 37.3 days (p = 0.01) at 12 months. An improvement in symptoms and quality of life was achieved. A medium-depth pain after medication instillation was the most reported side effect. Regression model analysis showed significant risk factors in developing new UTI episodes: being more than 50 years old and having more than 4 UTI episodes per year (OR 3.41; CI 95%; 1.51-7.71, p = 0.003 and OR 3.31; CI 95% 1.51-7.22; p = 0.003, respectively). Retrospective design and lack of a control group represent two main limitations of the study.
Methods: Electronic databases were crosschecked for obtaining relevant papers published in the last 20 years, and further cases were identified by hand searching through the references. Demographic data were extracted from full texts, together with information on the severity of hearing impairment, the type of inner ear anomaly, the site of cerebrospinal fluid leak, the number of recurrent meningitis episodes.
Results: Sixty-seven cases of meningitis related to inner ear malformation have been identified among 45 papers. Mean age at presentation is 3.603.00 (range 0.1-14) years. Average diagnostic delay from the first episode of meningitis is 3.443.41 (range 0.00-10.00) years. The number of meningitis episodes that occurred before the correct diagnosis and definitive surgical treatment is 3.271.81 (range 1.00-10.00). Unilateral hearing impairment affects 70% of patients. Six patients had normal hearing at presentation. Two children are dead from inner-ear-malformation-related meningitis among reviewed reports.
Peppa Pig is a British preschool animated television series produced by Astley Baker Davies. The show features the eponymous pig along with her family and friends. Each episode is approximately five minutes long (with the exception of a 10-minute special and two 15-minute specials). There have been seven seasons as of 2021. The seventh season began airing on 5 March 2021. Peppa Pig has been broadcast in over 180 countries.[1] As of 23 February 2023, 381 episodes of Peppa Pig have aired.[citation needed]
The following tables list with details the episodes for the children's television programme Peppa Pig, which were first broadcast in the UK on Channel 5 and the Nick Jr. Channel, starting in 2004. Each episode is approximately five minutes long, except for a 10-minute "Special" ("Peppa's Christmas") and two 15-minute "Specials" ("The Golden Boots") and ("Around The World with Peppa"). This list also includes upcoming episodes.
The "DVD reference" column in the episode lists is used to relate an episode to the DVD volume(s) on which it can be found (e.g. episode 10 in series 1 "Gardening" has a DVD reference of 1.09, which indicates that the episode is track 9 on primary DVD volume 1). A prefix of "NP" (e.g. NP1.01) indicates the episode is the first episode on "Non-Primary" DVD 1.
These are new DVD releases where the DVD includes only episodes that have already been released to DVD (i.e. it is not a "Primary" DVD). The episodes in these DVDs are included in the DVD Reference field in the main table listings, but with a prefix of "NP" (="Non-Primary").
A free Peppa Pig DVD (containing the four episodes "Mummy Pig at Work", "Frogs and Worms and Butterflies", "Secrets" and "Muddy Puddles") was released by the Daily Mirror on 13 September 2006, as part of a children's DVD promotion.
A VHS tape ("Muddy Puddles") was released on 7 February 2005, a VHS tape ("Flying a Kite") was released on 4 July 2005 and a VHS tape ("New Shoes") was released on 7 November 2005 (i.e. the VHS tapes were released on the same dates as the corresponding primary DVDs). A promotional tape ("Polly Parrot") was also released around that time which contained 3 episodes (Polly Parrot, Bicycles and Snow).
The episode numbering is based on the original (UK) broadcast dates. The US and Australian air dates are only listed if an episode premiered in one of those countries first. The original broadcast dates for series 1 & 2 and the "special" were derived by an analysis across various data sources, in particular:

This study focused on the identification of potential language production difficulties in psychotic patients as early as in their first episode of disease. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study assessing patients with FEP language production skills using a multilevel procedure for the analysis of narrative production abilities through a standardized procedure that aims at minimizing to the bone the subjective bias of scale raters thus reaching the highest reproducibility possible.
Methods: DNA was extracted by automatic system Qiagen EZ1 Advanced XL from blood samples collected from sJIA patients followed in a single Pediatric Rheumatology tertiary center. The AllType NGS 11-Loci Amplification Kit (Thermo Fisher, One Lambda, Canoga Park, CA) was used to amplify target DNA regions. The PCR cycling conditions were followed as suggested by the manufacturer. The kit uses one multiplexed PCR amplifying the full HLA-A/B/C/DQA1/DPA1 genes and exon 2 to 3UTR for HLA-DRB1/3/4/5/DQB/ DPB1 genes. Reads were analyzed with the HLA TypeStream VisualTM Software (Thermo Fisher, One Lambda, Canoga Park, CA), version 2.0.0. The IPD-IMGT/HLA Database release used was the 3.41. The strength of association between HLA alleles was estimated by 99% confidence intervals.
Of those 20 HLA-DRB1*15 positive patients, 7 (35%) had refractory sJIA, as defined by Erkens (1), compared to 14 (17%) of the HLA-DRB1*15 negative patients. Five out of 20 (25%) HLA-DRB1*15 positive patients had LD compared to 2 (3%) of negative patients. Furthermore, 12 out 20 (60%) HLA-DRB1*15 positive patients had one or more MAS episode compared to 41 (52%) negative patients. Only 3 patients of the entire cohort experienced a drug adverse reaction to tocilizumab; all 3 had LD and carried the HLA-DRB1*15 allele. Notably, the lung involvement in these 3 patients developed before the drug reaction.
The long history of resilience to climatic change is especially apparent in the eastern Mediterranean region, which has experienced a strong negative trend in precipitation since 1960 (Mathbout et al., 2017)172 and an intense and prolonged drought episode between 2007 and 2010 (Kelley et al., 2015)173. This drought was the longest and most intense in the last 900 years (Cook et al., 2016)174. Some authors (e.g., Trigo et al., 2010; Kelley et al., 2015)175 assert that very low precipitation levels have driven a steep decline in agricultural productivity in the Euphrates and Tigris catchment basins, and displaced hundreds of thousands of people, mainly in Syria. Impacts on the water resources (Yazdanpanah et al., 2016)176 and crop performance in Iran have also been reported (Saeidi et al., 2017)177. Many historical periods of turmoil have coincided with severe droughts, for example the drought which occurred at the end of the Bronze Age approximately 3200 years ago (Kaniewski et al., 2015)178. In this instance, a number of flourishing eastern Mediterranean civilizations collapsed, and rural settlements re-emerged with agro-pastoral activities and limited long-distance trade. This illustrates how some vulnerable regions are forced to pursue drastic adaptive responses, including migration and societal structure changes.
Finally, temperature reconstructions from these past warm intervals suggest that current climate models underestimate regional warming at high latitudes (polar amplification) and long-term (multi-millennial) global warming. None of these past warm climate episodes involved the high rate of change in atmospheric CO2 and temperatures that we are experiencing today (Fischer et al., 2018)343.
Child maltreatment (CM) and migrant status are independently associated with psychosis. We examined prevalence of CM by migrant status and tested whether migrant status moderated the association between CM and first-episode psychosis (FEP). We further explored whether differences in CM exposure contributed to variations in the incidence rates of FEP by migrant status.
In this episode, he has appointed the main antagonist role by Bowser's boss, making Bowser the secondary antagonist and his partner. They tried to do evil schemes together but they were small stuff. They eventually decide to steal the princess just like in their original plans. However, when attempting to do so, they encountered her taking a bath where she asked for shampoo. She eventually found them in horror and when Mario found out, he immediately kicked them out of the castle.
Back to being the secondary antagonist, SMG3 is working with a YouTube noob who tries to destroy SMG4 because his videos were unpopular and wanted to know from him how to become like SMG4. SMG3 back-stabs him just to save SMG4, proving he is less evil in this episode.
Mario and SMG4 managed to reach his lair and confront him, though the footage had reached 95%. While Mario and SMG4 manage to survive the booby-trapped hallway, though not much, the uploading is at 99% and it appears that SMG3's plan would succeed. However, much to SMG3's frustration, Bowser drops from the ceiling and destroys the computer. Infuriated, SMG3 sets his fortress to self-destruct, while he jumps from a window, escaping but falling to his supposed death. This episode is so far the only one that truly showed SMG3 being a threatening villain.
