When i try to log in to origin with the right email and password it says my account is expired i have looked up this issue and someone says go contact the support well the problem is support i cant contact this support why is it so hard to contact anything in this place. I bought Battlefield 1 on this account when it first came out and recently, I haven't been able to log back into this account, every time it tells me 'Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password.' I try resetting my password but I can never see the e-mail. I've checked all of my email addresses and not a single one of them has recieved the password reset. I am trying to help my daughter get into her game and I don't see a chat option. When we attempt to login the message says expired. The email address that was used no longer exists. I do have the user ID, which I won't put here, as well as the password.

support is * useless. ive had this same * problem for years when i deleted an old email that i used for my madden account and now i cant unlink the old account and link a new one. lol idk if anyone in this forum directly works for ea, but if you do u guys should be embarrassed lol. i've had better customer service from people i could barely understand. yikes
