TodayI reinstalled Windows 10. I did the memory tests and check. ran the DXdiag did the DDU and reinstalled all the graphics drivers. I also did the Intel Diagnostic of the SSD drives and the CPU. I ran Furmark for over one hour Fullscreen with all setting at max for over 1 hour. No problem whatsoever. temps stayed under the max TDP. Crashing continued so I reinstalled Warframe and was set back to no custom settings and with Excalibut as my image when logging in. Yes I was able to login. Reset my custom setting for the Keyboard and mouse and ran multiple missions solo without issues. Decided to go public and run an arbitration and after 15 minutes crashed to the DE webpage that inform me that my perfectly working and in order and not Over clocked PC has a hardware issue... thank for just deciding my PC is junk.

I am at present able to run simple missions but every time I try to run an Arbitration...defense-survival-interception they all crash to the desktop and I am directed to the same dammed Webpage where DE tells me my hardware is at fault.......well it is not.

I am not someone running a Dell 400USD "gaming" PC. I have a custom build running an 8700k GTX 1080ti 32GB memory 850watt RM850x rev2 psu and 3 x 1TB SSD's one dedicated to Steam games 1 for the Operating system and the Third for backup.

The Case is the BeQuiet 900 Dark Pro modified with a Mesh front panel replacing the standard Door and is fitted with 6 x 140mm Silent Wings 3 fans installed. So temps are not an issue and yes I have monitored the temps and they are all well under the TDP for all components. The issue started with the updates and since the 25gig update several days ago it has progressively gotten worse.

Basically it is unplayable as any mission where I run with other players is a risk of disappointment for all concerned. I crash to the desktop they suffer a host migration etc etc and of course the possibility that any rewards are lost. I myself don't really care for the loss but I do care about the fact that with this kind of BS going on other players are going to think that I am just hosting missions then aborting if I am unable to get back and rejoin the session. 4 times this evening I have crashed during arbitration's and managed to apologise to players only once.

5964 hours played according to my steam account so it is not as if I do not know how to troubleshoot the basic glitches that so often occur with the DE updates and hot fixes that fix one thing and so often break something else.

Just out of curiosity I have today played Borderlands 3, Rage 2, Fallout Vegas, Destiny 2, Crysis 2 & 3, Deus Ex Mankind divided and Metro Exodus. All games set to max settings or Ultra at 3440 x 1440 and no issues at all. launch Warframe and the crashes start. I have even dumbed down all the graphics settings to see if it helps...... no difference. All graphic settings at max or at lowest the game still crashes.

And finally I do not use any LED lighting software or use any Razor products. All hardware is up to date with drivers etc and all Window 10 Bloatware is removed. Standard procedure for my PC. It has been running Warframe without issues for months until last week.

1st time I simply went to the foundry to check for completed items as forma build 2nd time I managed to walk to the front of the Orbiter but before I could even hit the X to check navigation and was dumped to the DE webpage.

After the issue of the PC being Frozen I rebooted and simply browsed the internet answered 2 emails then ran VLC with a movie in a small window opened MS Office and launched a word document I am working on and at the same time opened Steam and launched Dishonored 2 which has some nice hefty graphics options....Nada zilch no problems at all. Running Dishonored in borderless window mode I hit the windows button to run HWMonitor to look at temps CPU cores GPU and fan speeds...Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary.

Looks like I will be exiting Warframe till DE fix the Issues as at my end there is nothing to fix. PC running 100% optimal. All hardware running perfectly and everything is up to date. That includes not just drivers but also Bios and firmware wherever applicable.

On a side note just to be 100% certain I am not an idiot I even disconnected my Power supply and took it into a local Hardware center where they hooked it up to a test bank to monitor. It came back with a clean bill of health. No surprise there as it is only 5 months old. I replaced my AX1200i as it was simply too overpowered since I no longer use any mechanical hard drives and no longer use any internal sound card or scsi adapters. Motherboard has 3 dedicated NVME M.2 slots so simple math indicated that a new lower powered PSU was better for my power bills.

????? Makes no sense what so ever so nothing useful to add as to how the issue got itself fixed but this evening I have run arbitration 40 minutes several solo missions and public all without any issues.

intel 8700k have integrated graphics. Try to use intel graphics to check if it is more stable with no hardware failure errors. Might need iGPU to be enabled, set as primary in motherboard settings, save changes, and then plug monitor into integrated graphics. Note: this might use hybrid graphics, so check if NVidia control panel opens with "Preferred graphics processor" or in windows display, graphics settings.

The issue was an odd one and still have no idea what caused it? the fact that it then went away without any way of knowing why is annoying as if I knew the reason I could post it here as it might help someone else. The crazy thing is I tried the Heaven Benchmark - Furmark which ran over an hour a couple of times used Novabench and all the time used HWMonitor to double check core temps and gpu temps along with power draw fan speed etc and everything was totally fine. All other Games worked well also ??

Yesterday crashed 3 times in short succession to the desktop. Ran some other steam games to double check and they were ok went back to Warframe and it loaded ok. Played maybe 8 hours in total without any issues. This was over 3 separate sessions of game play so nothing related to shutting down the system and rebooting etc.

Today been watching the news reading some forum posts answering email etc....just regular daily pc stuff. Launched Warframe played the gift of the Lotus no problem. checked my foundry etc and then started an arbitration mission......got to the end of wave 5 and just as the option to continue or quit crashed to the desktop with the same old accusation that I had over clocked or that my hardware is broken.

Restarted thinking/hoping it was a one off and entered a relic fissure.........ran the mission fine selected Titania Prime blue print as reward and crashed to the desktop again. Now I am here: No point in playing the game anymore as I am tired of trouble shooting S#&$ that has no logical reason and wasting my time by having anything I should acquire just be lost to the void when crashing. I am off to play something else for a while until it is sorted as my hardware is fine my network is fine and I have nothing that crashes except for Warframe.

I don't care how bleeding edge technology the game might be..........if it don't work on standard hardware from reputable manufacturers with up to date drivers and software then I am taking a break till it is fixed.

6319 hours of Warframe gameplay to date on my Steam account so I am not some noob whiner. I have had great fun and enjoyed the ride but now it is time to move on until things work properly as the last thing I need is to have the game frustrate me to a point where I just delete everything in a rage due to relentless bugs that annoy and now the return of unexplainable crashing with no logical solution that simply makes me angry.

If anyone else has had these mysterious crashes to the desktop and an opening of you web browser taking you to the DE webpage saying hardware problem or overclocked PC and they have discovered the issue causing it please let me know.

Well considering my memory is 3200Hz and I dropped it to 2166hz and that my GPU I have tried taking the MSI afterburner to lower the clock speeds but allowing the default power draw my PC is underclocked and still randomly crashed in Warframe. I reverted those changes as I do not see why when using perfectly good hardware at default specs should be dumbed down to accommodate just a single game.

However i am totally at a loss as to why it happens. As stated i fired up Warframe a few hours ago and ran several missions successfully including the triple vault run on Deimos. I shall fire up Warframe again later and see if it still plays without crashing.

Also yesterday did the DDU and reinstallation of Nvidea graphics drivers to ensure they were fresh up to date and no errors. If it is due to an OC then it means that either DE does not like it when intel cpu's might boost their clock or that any GPU purchased and run at even default settings if they are different to the Nvidea reference design they get slammed. Thats just makes no sense.

All my settings are maxxed out and my hardware is all running at default speeds as in out of the box and good to go. Thats memory gpu cpu motherboard with the exception of settings for ssd's as I have no mechanical drives.

Like many have stated, this is an OC issue. I had the same issue on my EVGA - GTX660 (OEM) and what worked for me is to check the card specifications from the nvidia site and then using EVGA Precision I adjusted my card's spec to much what was on nvidia, and no issues since then.
