Hi all,

I’m really glad to have all of you on this new list, because I’m really, really excited about the idea of building grano as a collaborative software project.

As a first discussion, I have sketched out a high-level roadmap for grano:

There’s an obvious contradiction between having a timeline for a project and doing truly user-centric design; but I think we need something for new developers who are asking: what are you building? Where is this going? What is the technical vision?

Obviously, this is useless if it is just my brain dump. So I really want to invite all of you to contribute your own ideas, needs and experiences! Obviously, we won’t build all of this within a week, and we’ll need to get many more developers involved over time. But I think it’s good to have a set of goals that people can rally around!
