Connect the PC's audio output to an available input on the Vocia VI-8. There are different types of PC audio's outputs, and the correct connection will depend on the make/model of the PC's sound card. The following resources may help identify the necessary interconnects.
You may now turn up the level of the amplifiers serving the affected Zones. Please note that depending on the reciter, you may want to adjust the Threshold and Debouncer Delay parameters under the VoX tab of the VI-8 properties to ensure that the call is heard when required, and doesn't get cut off prematurely.
@msahar Sahar - I am having issue getting the sensors working. I am using raspbian and configured hass a virtual service thats configured to restart upon reboot. I cant find the islamic_Prayer_times sensor entities either. I am unsure what I am doing wrong. I can run the azan manually by clickin execute on the automation page. Can I mail you directly? My email firozozman @ gmail.com.
Assalamu Alikum
I have read all above instruction and then i have one question.
I want to Adjust Azar Prayer Offset 30 Minutes .how can i do it .
(i found for 5 minutes - +3600) i didnt get this calculation
AL-FAJIA Azan Clock FAJ-4008PRO is a beautiful and functional Islamic wall/table clock, that calls for prayer with a complete azan five times a day. Tonmind has developed 3 audio management software to control Network Speaker: Tonmind Audio Manager, PA System Lite and PA System Pro. Tonmind Audio Manager can be used in LAN, which supports RTP Multicast. PA System Lite and PA System Pro can be used in WAN/LAN, with built-in SIP server, supporting RTP Multicast and SIP. Users can easily set and control zones, contents, rings, volume and scheduling.
One of the Audio Management Software Tonmind PA System Lite has inserted Pray Time calculation that will support Broadcasting Muslim Azan. It will acquire 9 times, Fajr, Sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Sunset, Maghrib, Isha, Imsak, Midnightand. Users can upload audio to their own pray time, then the selected pray time will broadcast automatically accordingly. For example, an Iran customer uploads Azan audio to 3 times-Fajr, Zhuhr and Maghrib, then it will play audio in corresponding time everyday.
With Tonmind Network Speaker and PA System Lite, Muslims can hear the Azan with loud and clear sound. And it will broadcast in time as a reminder. Besides. It's also efficient since a large range of people will be notified. The PA System can be used in mosque or normal village IP PA System.
The voice of the Imam must reach every worshipper in and outside the Mosque - the message must be clearly heard, regardless of where a worshipper may be in the Mosque. However, most of the time, the acoustic aspects of a Mosque are not taken into account when designing an audio system, so echoes and longer reverberations of the sound, and the feedback issues deteriorate the quality of the sound throughout the Mosque. Some mosques are complex buildings, with big domes and challenging sound environments.
Small Mosques require a sound solution that is basic, yet provides the essentials effectively, and is easy to set up and operate. This solution is ideal for Mosques with a capacity of 50 to 200 faithful and a small amount of reverberation.
Compact all-in-one system
The Digital Mixer Amplifier MX-6224D was designed specifically for Mosques and incorporates a DSP function, a built-in effector, and 2 x 240W class-D amplifiers in one single unit. The MX-6224D is a reliable and simple system, requiring very little technical knowledge, yet providing exceptional sound quality.
Optimise the sound : Pre-programmed sound effects and optimised microphone sensivity
The microphone sensitivity corresponds to the distance between the microphone and the Imam. Built-in amplifiers and digital signal processing with pre-set special effects combined with technically matched microphones and speakers comprise perfect sound and voice intelligibility. Selectable reverberation out of 12 patterns. Control the output level meters for inside and outside, reduce feedback with the built-in 3-band equalizer, use the pre-set effects for your voice and for your rooms: delight your congretation with celestrial sound even in very small Mosques.
The M-8080D Digital Matrix Mixer system is easy to use and to implement, offering state-of-the-art signal
processing and a large choice of I/O options in a cost effective package.
Slim line array speakers, designer speakers, and wall speakers deliver crystal clear sound without detracting from the architectural aesthetics of the Mosque.
Weatherproof horn speakers at the minaret spread the powerful Azan over a wider area. Line array, designer and wall mount speaker inside the building have an appropriate dispersion angle, suppressing not only echo and feedback but also dispersing the uniform sound throughout the Mosque. The remote controllers provide the choice of various preset settings configured for different types of events.
When using audio-amplifiers in the open, uneven distribution of sound makes people unpleasant because it is loud or unheared. This unfortunate situation arises because audio-amplifiers volumes are set according to the guess of sound technicians. Mosques, as an example, are distributed inside wide areas and fire Azan five times a day. Due to the relatively long distances between them, speed and direction of the wind impose setting sound levels prior to each Azan such that all the area is covered and the overlap is minimized. In this paper, we propose a system based on internet of things (IoT) model to control the sound level of each mosque in the community. An IoT device (one in a mosque) sets the level of sound fired by the audio-amplifier. To do that, a synchronized series of tones is fired from each node. Once a node hears these tones, the process of sound level control starts to indicate the distances to heared nodes. As the approximate distances between nodes are known, each node can calculate its suitable sound level. Results showed that the proposed system is effective in setting sound levels for mosques audio amplifiers.
