T-Shoot Source Request

Hi,

I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue our organization is having with the granicus app.  The persistent but intermittently appearing error message reads that the request failed with an empty response -- contacted members of the support team do not recognize this.

I was hoping to get as much of your source as is available and add some more verbose language or step through it to see what's going on.
