Access to current speaker list during meeting.

Hey Guys,

I've been away from the API for quite a while (back in '11), so I'm sure it has gone through some changes.  Does it have the ability to access the current queue of speakers that are waiting to be called and be able to call/clear them?   I'm assuming this would have been added through the OutcastEncoder class if something like that has been done.  I did see the .NET API on Github.  Is this the current version of the .NET API?  If so then i've probably already answered my question :)
