Access to public Granicus API?

Hi,

I'm working on a research project related to meeting minutes for the city of Lafayette. I was wondering if I could get public access to the API? The github platform-api-rb README said to join this group for access.

Just to clarify, my end goal is to get access to meeting minute pdf's so someone doesn't have to sift through them manually. I noticed the public search API only returns data related to videos.
