The Hangmen MC is a one-percenter outlaw motorcycle club founded in Flint County, San Andreas in 1960. Hangmen MC Germany was founded independently to Hangmen USA in 1983 in Alemania, Germany. At one point in time a club by the name of Hangmen Motorcycle Club also existed in the suburb of Blakehurst in Sydney, Australia. However, these two clubs are completely unrelated.
In 1990, the Denmark Hangmen were founded. Like Hangmen Germany, they were founded independently of Hangmen USA. In 1999, the German Hangmen joined the Hangmen Denmark Lalandia chapter. At this time, they adopted the Denmark black-and-white patch design, which is still used today. The Lalandia chapter was then closed in 2000.
The story goes that a group of friends who owned Harley Davidsons started to notice other motorcycle clubs popping up around San Andreas. Rather than join, they decided it'd be in their best interests to just start their own. There was a total of 12 founding members of the Flint County chapter including Ray Aho, who is commonly listed as the Hangmen Motorcycle Club Founder. The motorcycle club later expanded throughout western areas of the United States, opening up several chapters across the nation.
It is possible that outlaw biker gangs wind up as the No. 1 threat in many jurisdictions because of their geographical distribution, rather than as a result of their patterns of violence. A highly mobile gang that operates outside of cities has the chance to affect more jurisdictions than an urban gang concentrated within one city. When law enforcement professionals evaluate types of gangs individually, outlaw biker gangs are ranked as a little less threatening.
It was a dark day in the United States when federal authorities announced a nationwide crackdown on motorcycle gangs. This included the Hangmen Outlaw Motorcycle Club, which was one of the most notorious gangs operating in the United States. The Hangmen had been in operation for decades and their membership had grown significantly in recent years. The decision to crack down on the Hangmen and other gangs caused a great deal of unrest within their membership. In response to the crackdown, many members decided to migrate to different counties throughout San Andreas. Some moved to other states.
Some patched members of the Hangmen are still spreading their spirit in San Andreas. Motorcycles, adorned with their iconic HOMG patches, have been spotted on the streets of Paleto Bay and even further in Los Santos. Cities like Los Santos gave migrating members an opportunity to explore what was beyond the familiar places they called home. Just like any other MC, a lot of members had to make tough decisions and migrate to other counties/cities such as Blaine County and Los Santos because of family issues, financial problems, trouble with law enforcement and other hardships.
According to the Arizona Daily Star archives, the 2013 federal trial in Arizona was one of the most important prosecutions of a biker gang in the country. By the end, a federal jury convicted 15 of 16 members.
The Hangmen Motorcycle Club's Flint County chapter was inundated with arrests and warrants. This greatly diminished their membership and devastated their ranks. Experts believe that this has led to a southwardly migration deeper into San Andreas and there is some speculation that they have settled in Blaine County.
This faction aspires to be a representation of a disorganized West Coast OMG. We're based on the real Hangmen MC that was founded in Richmond, California in 1960. Recruitment is strictly IC, and we demand the utmost in terms of realistic character development and portrayal. Players are encouraged to reflect the real-life West Coast 1% motorcycle club that we take inspiration from.

Page participated in a tournament to crown the first AEW World Champion, but was defeated in the finals against Chris Jericho. Woltz made his professional wrestling debut in 2008[13] under the ring name Adam Page. His first professional wrestling championship came when he teamed with Jason Blade to win the CWF Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Championship in January 2011.[14] After losing the championship in August,[15] Page won the CWF Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Championship the following year, before losing it to Kamakazi Kid in May 2012.[16] Throughout the following years, Page would win several championships for regional promotions around the United States.[17] In September 2018, Page defeated Joey Janela in a Chicago Street Fight at independent wrestling pay-per-view event All In.[18]
Page made his ROH debut on January 14, 2011, at ROH Champions vs. All Stars in the dark match.,[19] his first televised match came in a loss against Michael Bennett, In 2013, Page participated in the ROH Top Prospect Tournament, but was defeated on January 5 by Silas Young.[20] Page made his pay-per-view debut at ROH's 11th Anniversary Show, where he participated in a Six Man Mayhem Match won by ACH.[21] At Manhattan Mayhem, Page was defeated by Young in a singles match.[22] At Death Before Dishonor XI, Page defeated RD Evans.[23] At Glory by Honor XII, Page was defeated by Jimmy Jacobs.[24] At Golden Dream, Page had his first title match, but he was defeated by the ROH World Television Champion Matt Taven.[25] At Final Battle 2013, Page was defeated by Matt Hardy.[26]
In 2014, Page feuded with The Decade, a stable formed by ROH veterans. At ROH's 12th Anniversary Show, The Decade (B. J. Whitmer, Jimmy Jacobs, and Roderick Strong) defeated Page, Cedric Alexander, and Mark Briscoe.[27] On March 7, Page joined The Decade, as the first of the group's recruits, or "young boys". At Supercard of Honor VIII, Page, Jacobs, and Whitmer defeated Andrew Everett and Adrenaline Rush (A. C. H. and TaDarious Thomas).[28] In October 2014, Page became a full-fledged member of The Decade, establishing himself as a heel in the process, and debuting slick locks & a black vest at Final Battle 2014 against Roderick Strong.[2]
After Jacobs left the stable and Colby Corino joined, Page started a feud with ACH. At Best in the World, The Decade (Whitmer and Page) defeated ACH and Matt Sydal when Page pinned Sydal after a Rite of Passage.[29] At Death Before Dishonor XIII, Page defeated ACH; however, Page subsequently left The Decade and feuded with BJ Whitmer, turning face in the process. Page faced Whitmer at ROH 14th Anniversary Show, but was defeated.
On May 9, 2016, during the first night of the War of the Worlds tour, Page became a villain once again when he joined Bullet Club by turning on Colt Cabana, The Briscoes, and The Motor City Machine Guns during a ten-man tag team main event. Page hanged Chris Sabin with a hangman's noose which gave Page his "Hangman" nickname.[30] At Death Before Dishonor XIV Page defeated Jay Briscoe. On November 16, 2016, Page, was unsuccessful in winning the ROH World Television Championship where he was defeated by Bobby Fish. On April 1, 2017, Page teamed with Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa) as they were unsuccessful against Bully Ray and The Briscoes (Jay Briscoe and Mark Briscoe) for the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship. Page got involved in a ROH World Television Championship match, helping Marty Scurll defeat Frankie Kazarian by hitting him with a chair. Kazarian and Page then battled in a strap match at Best in the World ending with Page submitting while being hanged via leather strap.[31]
On August 20, 2017, Page won his first title in ROH, when he and his Bullet Club stablemates The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson), billed collectively as "The Hung Bucks",[32] defeated Dalton Castle and The Boys for the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship.[33] While Page and The Young Bucks' Bullet Club stablemates Cody, Kenny Omega and Marty Scurll were later allowed to defend the title under "Bullet Club Rules",[34][35] only Page and The Young Bucks were recognized as official champions.[36] At ROH 16th Anniversary Show, The Hung Bucks lost the ROH World Six Man Tag Team Championships against SoCal Uncensored (Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky).[37] Page fought Kota Ibushi at Supercard of Honor XII in a losing effort.[38] Page began feuding with Punishment Martinez when Martinez attacked Page with a chair before a match. Page turned face once again when he attacked Martinez later on, putting him through a table; these two traded attacks until Page challenged Martinez for the ROH World Television Championship in a Baltimore Street Fight at Best in the World 2018 in a losing effort.[39] Page entered ROH's International Cup tournament on the 2018 Honor Re-United Tour defeating Joe Hendry[40] and Jimmy Havoc before losing to Mark Haskins in the finals.[41] Page's final match in ROH was at Final Battle 2018 where Page was defeated by defending ROH World Television Champion Jeff Cobb.[42] During the December 15 TV tapings, Page and The Elite left ROH.[43]
