Dear Community Leader:

The Grandmont Community Association Scholarship Committee is sponsoring our 2026 Grandmont College & Skilled Trades Expo.  This event is free! Students of all ages are welcome!  

We need your help to get the word out! Please assist by bringing your child; phoning your family and friends; passing out the flyer; eblast, posting information on your Facebook; or conversing with neighbors. This collaboration between the Grandmont Youth and Education Committee, neighboring associations and the Detroit Community will make this event a huge success!

One struggle many high school students face is determining which college, university or skilled trade is truly right for them – and there are a lot to choose from. To narrow your choices, and to learn more about colleges, universities, and skilled trades that aren't already on your radar, you might want to consider attending this Grandmont Community Association Expo. All high school students and their families are strongly encouraged to attend.

This event will be held 11:30am-3:00pm, Saturday, March 21 2026 @ Redford Branch / Detroit Public Library, 21200 Grand River Avenue, Detroit, MI 48219.
