View this email in your browser Happy holidays, friends and family, As we enter our 25th year, College, Career & Beyond | Midnight Golf Program has built a model rooted in mentorship and persistence ensuring students not only access college, but complete it and thrive beyond graduation. Each year, Detroit students come to us seeking structure, guidance, and someone who believes in their potential. Through consistent mentorship, life skills development and long-term support, we walk alongside young people from high school graduation through college and into adulthood. As of February this year, students gather at our new headquarters for mentorship, development and the opportunity to better themselves for the future. While we teach the game of golf to our participants, our true impact is rooted in college success. Mentors who show up, a staff who is committed and a community that does not disappear once acceptance letters arrive continues to be the foundational pillars of what makes us strong. Here are some highlights from the 2024-25 program year: More than 2,000 students applied, demonstrating growing demand for structured mentorship and college guidance 238 seniors completed our 30-week Making Graduation Possible Access Program 97% enrolled in a four-year college or university 70 mentors, of which 33% are MGP alumni, provide consistent guidance year after year 32% are first-generation college students, navigating higher education with sustained support As of today, nearly 1,200 alumni are currently enrolled in colleges nationwide What long-term support achieves:  We know that our work is still needed. Nearly 2,000 students applied for the 2025-26 year. From those interviewed, 275 students from 80 high schools across Southeast Michigan were selected into our landmark 25th cohort. There is a growing demand for structured mentorship and college guidance. As we celebrate 25 years of impact, we’ve launched our Sustainability Campaign to ensure this level of support continues uninterrupted. Your year-end gift does more than fund a program.
