Good afternoon,
To date, 630 homeowners citywide have accessed the Private Sewer Repair Program (PSRP) to address their private sewer infrastructure. Funding remains available to support repairs for up to 1,500 homes. Don't miss this opportunity! The minimum eligibility criteria below must be met to move forward with an application:

Households must be able to provide a tie-back to the June 25-26, 2021, flood event - FEMA Claim (approval or denial), private insurance claim, DWSD claim, or even time stamped pictures if no other proof is available

Household income must be at or below 80% AMI - 1 person ($53,700), 2 people ($61,400), 3 people ($69,050), 4 people ($76,700), 5 people ($82,850), 6 people ($89,000), 7 people ($95,150), 8 people ($101,250)

Applicants must live in a single-family residential structure - 1-4 units

The property cannot be in a designated floodplain

Household must be located in one of the 97 eligible neighborhoods (address search for eligibility & list of neighborhoods can be found here: Look Up Address )
The attached flyer has the scope of repair services, a document check list, a list of weekly walk-in intake locations, and a link/QR code for individuals would prefer applying through Neighborly.
