Camera Ready Instructions

To the authors of accepted papers:

Dear authors,

1. The camera ready version of the accepted papers is due by July 30th. This is the deadline given by the publisher, which is different from the one you have received.

2. Each author should have received two emails/links:

- One from Sheridan with submission id# and link to submit the final paper version. Please submit the final version to the Sheridan link, do not upload it to Open Review only.

- One from ACM for the copyright-permission forms to be completed.

3. Please let us* and the grand challenge chairs** know if you did not receive the forms from Sheridan and ACM by the end of this week: the grand challenge chairs will contact the proceeding chairs and fix this for you.
