not much specific, just wanting to be a bit more detailed on communications needs (I have Patty's flip chart to help) and make sure I hit all of the high points this time. It will go to a much wider audience than usual (I will send to all summit participants on our list) so looking for more detail than usual. Let me know when you compile, then I will add my parts and pass back for you to post, and I will get it out to the group.

Yes I did take some notes. I will work on them today and see how far I get. Is there anything in particular you need?

Hi Michelle

Did you take some notes at the FFnet meeting yesterday? I have some, too and maybe we can combine...

hiya Jim
these notes running thru my brain and thought I'd share for help forming checklist of items to undertake re. FFNet

  • recruit and promo for May 10 event
  • Notes out to all in next days to also include a) updates on initiatives from summit (from yesterday discussion but maybe contacting Chris W, Chef Patterson etc. to both touch base with them and glean any additional info) and b) call for volunteers to join communications group
  • Set date with Bob Russel for comm group meeting and then contact communications group volunteers on that (list from yesterday, plus one from each work group plus people who spoke up about media at summit or sign up after notes go out)

Ciao, Patty

I think the first two points may go together in an email soon. Michelle has some notes and we are already working together to compile.

Do you know who from the day of the summit was interested in the comm/media bit? I don't have that. If we don't have records, we may get them to call in from the notes we send out... Bob and I have set up May 19 for the comm meeting. Probably here.
