Community leaders,
You’re invited to attend a stakeholder meeting on Thursday, November 13, to learn about and discuss local and regional housing demand and strategies. The meeting will be held from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. in the Commissioner's Chambers located on the second floor of the Government Center, 400 Boardman Ave, in Traverse City.
The meeting will feature a presentation from Sharon Woods, CRE at LandUse USA, about the results of target market analyses for communities in Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, and Kalkaska counties, along with discussion about strategies for meeting community housing needs and demand.
Target market analyses will provide information and recommendations about the local housing market and demand that is critical for those engaged in local policy and business development and decision-making, including:
