Affordable Housing Grants & Loans from FHLBI: March 11 Housing Solutions Network Presentation

Housing Partners,

 

You’re invited to attend the March meeting of the Grand Vision Housing Solutions Network, to hear a presentation from Marjorie Green, Community Investment Development Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI), on grant and loan programs available from the FHLBI. Ms. Green will discuss programs of interest to a variety of housing partners – including developers, housing agencies, lenders, advocates, and homebuyers – can access for new affordable home development or purchase. Programs include down payment assistance, loans, and grants, including the new Accessibility Modifications Program, which provides grant funding to address the needs of aging homeowners and those with disabilities.
