March 11 Housing Solutions Network meeting agenda and materials

Housing Solutions Network and partners,

 

The next meeting of the Housing Solutions Network will be held on Tuesday, March 11 from 9 – 11 a.m. at the conference room of the Traverse City Michigan Works office. An agenda and related materials, including a meeting schedule and presentation from the January meeting, are attached.

 

Please note that this meeting features a presentation from Marjorie Green, Community Investment Development Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI), on grant and loan programs available from the FHLBI. Ms. Green will discuss programs of interest to a variety of housing partners – including developers, housing agencies, lenders, advocates, and homebuyers – relative to new affordable home development or purchase. Programs include down payment assistance, loans, and grants, including the new Accessibility Modifications Program, which provides grant funding to address the needs of aging homeowners and those with disabilities. As always, the meeting is open to all, and anyone with an interest in these programs is welcome and encouraged to attend. A flyer with details on the presentation is attached - please feel free to pass this along to anyone who might be interested.
