Seeking a Sr. Java developer and Java Architect

Hello Everyone,

I have a good friend that is seeking hire 2 Sr. java experts.  These are full-time positions in the Grand Rapids area.  Close to downtown.  

1) Architect: Experience with web environments is critical, emphasis on client-side and server-side Java technologies.  Very strong attention to detail required.  Able to maintain good, stable working relationships both internally and externally.  Strong organizational skills required for efficient office control.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization.  Ability to handle stressful situations.  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Requires good spelling and grammar.  Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time.  Strong decision making skills a must. 

2) Sr. Java developer:  Experience with client-side and server-side Java technologies, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery.  Strong understanding of databases and SQL Server.
