Recommendations for Company?

We are going to be remodeling our office and I would like some recommendations on a company that could help me with the tech side of it. I need help with how to manage the wiring, moving of the server rack, the rewiring, how to move everyone with minimal downtime, how to keep the warehouse phones and pa system going etc.

Also after the remodel is done I have a project of covering the warehouse with wireless.
