Password retrieval request never sens email

Good morning,

I registered in Grand-Challenges a while ago, and it seems I lost/forgot my password. There is a "Forgot your password?" option appearing after clicking the Sign In button. When I click on it, the website answers that an e-mail has been sent to my account with some instructions, but this e-mail never arrives. I tried yesterday, and also today. I've checked the spam folder also, but could not find anything.

Is there an alternative option to retrieve my password?

Hi,

I didn't remember at the time, but in fact I had actually signed up in the first place using my google account directly, so no password even existed in my case. Just clicked "log in with google" or sth like that, and I was able to access.
