Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced a new vaccination program that will provide free NYS lottery scratch-off tickets to individuals 18 and over with a grand prize of $5 million. The program will initially include 10 vaccination sites in the New York City, Long Island, Mid-Hudson, Central New York, Finger Lakes, Mohawk Valley and Western New York regions. The sites will be open from Monday, May 24 to Friday, May 28. All sites will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. The program will not impact education funding.
"We know that vaccinations are the vital piece of the puzzle we need to crush COVID once and for all," Governor Cuomo said. "We're doing everything we can to make getting a vaccine as quick and easy as possible, but as vaccination rates slow across the state, we're going to have to get creative to put even more shots in arms. This new pilot program will offer a greater incentive for New Yorkers to get vaccinated by offering a free scratch-off ticket for a chance to win up to $5 million. The more New Yorkers we can get vaccinated, the better our situation and the faster we can return to a new normal, so I encourage everyone who hasn't been vaccinated yet to go to your nearest site and get the shot."
The ticket, which is sold by retailers across the state for $20, will be provided free to individuals 18+ who take their first dose of Pfizer or the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine at one of the sites. The sites are open to both walk-ins and appointments.
The new pilot program adds to New York State's ongoing efforts to make the COVID-19 vaccine more accessible. On May 17, Governor Cuomo announced three new pop-up vaccination sites in collaboration with the MTA, expanding the successful program that was launched on May 12 to bring the COVID-19 vaccine to MTA station stops in the New York City, Long Island and Mid-Hudson regions.
On April 27, Governor Cuomo announced that beginning April 29, all state mass vaccination sites are open for walk-in appointments, a continuation of efforts to make it easier for New Yorkers to get vaccinated. Additionally, all vaccine providers are encouraged to allow walk-in appointments and eliminate other barriers for vaccinations for eligible New Yorkers.
The COVID-19 Vaccine Tracker Dashboard is available to update New Yorkers on the distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine. The New York State Department of Health requires vaccinating facilities to report all COVID-19 vaccine administration data within 24 hours; the vaccine administration data on the dashboard is updated daily to reflect the most up-to-date metrics in the state's vaccination effort.
New Yorkers who suspect fraud in the vaccine distribution process can now call 833-VAX-SCAM (833-829-7226) toll-free or email the state Department of Health at [email protected]. Hotline staff will route complaints to the appropriate investigative agencies to ensure New Yorkers are not being taken advantage of as the State works to vaccinate the entire eligible population.

هناك عدة أشكال من اللبنات وكل شكل له معنى. هذه الأشكال (خطوط ترمز الأنفاق حيث يتم تحديد خيار من الخيارات المناسبة أو الكتابة الحرة):
قبل الحديث في إجراءات تحميل برنامج سكراتش وتعلمه والتعامل معه فإنه من الممكن لنا أن نمر على تعريف سريع لها. لغة سكراتش هي لغة برمجة رسومية تسهل إنشاء القصص التفاعلية والألعاب والرسوم المتحركة وتسمح بمشاركتها مع الاخرين. وهي من أشهر لغات البرمجة بالكائنات. تعتمد لغة سكراتش في البرمجة بواسطتها على بيئة برمجة رسومية بسيطة ومباشرة. ويمكن من خلال هذه اللغة تنفيذ تعليمة أو أكثر مرات عديدة حتى يصل البرنامج إلى حالة محددة حسب خطة المبرمج. كما أنها لغة برمجة قائمة على السحب والإفلات. أخيرا فإنه من الممكن في لغة السكراتش مشاركة المشاريع مع الأخرين عبر الويب وموقع التطبيق على الإنترنت. للاطلاع بشكل عام على ماهو سكراتش يمكنك قراءة المقال هنا.
يمكنك تحميل برنامج سكراتش scratch والعمل عليه دون أن تكون متصلاً بالانترنت فهناك تطبيق للبرنامج يعمل دون اتصال بالانترنت يمكن تثبيته على العديد من أنظمة التشغيل ويعمل تماماً بنفس طريقة سكراتش على الانترنت (مجاني)
إذا كنت في مكان لا يوجد فيه إنترنت فإن محرر Scratch غير المتصل يعد أيضًا خيارًا رائعًا لتدريس البرمجة خاصة في المدارس التي ليس لديها اتصال بالإنترنت.

يمكنك تثبيت محرر Scratch على أي جهاز كمبيوتر يعمل بنظام Windows أو جهاز Apple يعمل بنظام macOS أو Chromebooks . أيضاً يمكنك تثبيت البرنامج على الأجهزة اللوحية التي تعمل بنظام Android.
قد تتغير هذه المتطلبات من قبل فريق تطوير البرنامج في جامعة الإم أي تي (MIT). ولذا فيجب عليكم التأكد دائمًا من تحديث المتطلبات على موقع Scratch من خلال الرابط:
في هذه الصفحة عليك اختيار نظام التشغيل الخاص بك. إذ يمكن تثبيت هذا البرنامج على أجهزة الكمبيوتر التي تعمل بنظام Windows أو macOS. كما يمكن أيضًا تثبيته على أجهزة الكمبيوتر التي تعمل بنظام التشغيل ChromeOS وأجهزة Android.
ستجد أيقونة البرنامج كما في صورة الأيقونة أعلاه. أضغط عليها لكي تبدأ عملية تنصيب أو تثبيت برنامج محرر سكراتش على الجهاز.
أحدث إصدار لبرنامج سكراتش حتى تاريخ نشر هذا المقال هو الإصدار الثالث. والإصداران السابقان هما الإصدار 1.4 والإصدار 2.0.
تجدر الإشارة أن هناك اختلاف بين برنامج سكراتش الذي يعمل عبر متصفح الانترنت وبرنامج سكراتش الذي الذي تم تحميله على جهاز الكمبيوتر (يعمل دون الحاجة للاتصال بالانترنت). وهو أن إمكانية مشاركة المشاريع مباشرة مع المجتمع من خلال متصفج الإنترنت ممكنة مباشرة (Online) عند استخدام برنامج سكراتش على متصفح الانترنت. بينما تعتبر هذه الميزة من تطبيق Scratch غير مدعومة حاليًا على محرر البرنامج الذي يتم تثبيته أو تنصيبة على جهاز الكمبيوتر ويعمل بدون اتصال مع الإنترنت (Offline).
ما تستطيع فعله في الوقت الحالي في حالة العمل على البرنامج المثبت على الكمبيوتر وفي حالة عدم الإتصال بالإنترنت هو أن تقوم بتصدير مشروع من برنامج السكراتش (Scratch) كملف الى جهاز الكمبيوتر ثم تسجيل الدخول إلى موقع ويب Scratch وتحميل مشروعك ومشاركته هناك. وليس هناك أي مشكلة من استخدام سكراتش كتطبيق على الكمبيوتر وسكراتش من خلال متصفح الانترنت في آن واحد.
When I recently tried to open my Photoshop 6 with Windows 10 it stopped during initialisation and I got the message: " Unable to continue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry but this error is unrecoverable". I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. During opening I then got the message: " You currently have Adobe Photoshop primary Scratch and Windows primary paging on the same volume which can result in reduced performance. It is recommended that you set Adobe Photoshop primary Scratch to be on a different volume, preferably on a different drive". I clicked "OK" on this message and the program worked fine. After closing the program I then got the same initial message when I next reopened it. I have read the various posts and my Photoshop primary scratch disc is Startup. I have tried changing it to C:\ but this appears to make no difference and it seems to revert to startup. Unfortunately, I am an old retired mechanical engineer not totally conversant with computers. I can only suppose that the problem may have been caused by a Windows "improvement"? Any help would be much appreciated.
