”facts” from Mantrav before but here I can read it again and I am
still asking myself:
Why didn´t I get an alternative accomodation when I contacted Mantrav
when I knew there will not be any Sanctum?
The email from Craig was using a Mantrav email address and was signed at the bottom Mantrav international. As far as the consumer is concerned this email WAS from Mantrav or at the very least a person acting on behalf of Mantrav with Mantravs permission.
Why would we think this was incorrect? For the record I called and emailed Mantrav immediately after receiving that email and was offered a refund, but I never received it (from Mantrav) I had to go through a lengthy process with my bank. Great customer service from Mantrav. Not
