Does anyone know of anyone who has received either a refund or
vouchers? We were among the first to be sent to Mancha (and moved
somewhere else almost straight away) and despite accurances in
December of refunds and free weeks, everything has gone quiet........

The only thing you can expect is abuse for daring to complain.

The truth of this is reported here and in several review sites. Also,
go here http://www.thecanarynews.net/ and look in last weeks and this
weeks edition. The story speaks for itself. You should complain, you
should contact the police too. Search here on this group for info on
what action to take.

The owner of the company will treat you with disgust and disdain if
you ask for a refund but you should be asking for a refund. You are
the injured party here. Personally, my partner and I have lost nearly
£650 and all I get from him is emails which attack me (which I now
don't read or answer). The business is sinking fast simply because he
treated us, the gay traveller with absolute contempt. We pay for a
service, we don't get the service (which he has freely admitted to me
in a telephone conversation) and then he blames EVERYBODY else for the
problem and not his shoddy business practice.

Good luck to you getting a refund. I'm sure, like us, you can't
afford to let it drop so get on to VISA for a chargeback if you paid
by VISA (hope you did).

The reason this group was set up was to help people like us who fell
victim to Mantrav and its nefarious paractices. Let us know your
story and hopefully we can help by sharing our own experiences.
