High Court Action

After much bluff and bluster, some of you may know that Hardy initiated an action in the High Court against a number of people, including myself. See the article on the Daily Mail website:

Well, earlier today Hardy took his claim before a Judge and his case was found completely wanting according to initial reports and therefore thrown out. Furthermore, Hardy was ordered to pay the costs of the case.

More information will follow once official notification from the Court is received.

I know I've been a bit absent lately, haven't even sent a 'defence' to the court, yet I'm very happy it went as it did, and that you all put as much effort in it as you have done. 

So a big thanks to all of you and especially to all you co defendants!
