Just when you thought it was over again the abuse starts so I'm posting this on the group as I warned him if I received any more correspondence I would post it, seems he can't resist.

To compare an in happy holidaymaker who was ripped of along with dozens of others to a troll who mocks dead teenagers is in its self a despicable and unforgivable statement.  All this has done is highlight the type of person/company Mantrav is.

FYI I moved over a month ago and have forward my post. No such "writ" has been received.

In addition the current county court suing that Mantrav threatened me and others with was recently thrown out.

I have no interest what so every in Mantrav, mr hardy, Chris, Rod,Jane,Freddie or any other imaginary friend the above company seems to have. Give up Mantrav it's over you are just making the bad press live on.

Tim

You were served with a High Court writ at the last known address, the court said it was legal, no response has been made and you have only 4 days left to respond. You should read the below marked in red.

Trolling: Who does it and why?

An internet "troll" has been jailed for mocking dead teenagers on various websites. Public figures, including Stephen Fry and Miranda Hart, have also been victims of trolling. So what is it and why do people do it?

For some the word derives from a fishing term for towing bait behind a boat, for others it comes from the Norse monsters. But today trolling is more likely to involve a keyboard and mouse than a trawler, and if not a monster, it is a very modern menace.

Opponents might characterize it as the internet equivalent of road rage, vandalizing a grave, or kicking a man when he's down.

Trolling is a phenomenon that has swept across websites in recent years. Online forums, Facebook pages and newspaper comment forms are bombarded with insults, provocations or threats. Supporters argue it's about humor, mischief and freedom of speech. But for many the ferocity and personal nature of the abuse verges on hate speech.

In its most extreme form it is a criminal offence. On Tuesday Sean Duffy was jailed for 18 weeks after posting offensive messages and videos on tribute pages about young people who had died. One of those he targeted was 15-year-old Natasha MacBride, who had been killed by a train. "I fell asleep on the track lolz" was one of the messages he left on a Facebook page set up by her family.

  • Natasha MacBryde - Sean Duffy was jailed for 18 weeks for making 386 posts on social networking sites which a judge said was excessive,
  • regardless of what was written was true or not.
  • Hayley Bates - MP Karen Bradley raised trolling in Parliament after a Facebook page was set up mocking the 17-year-old's death in a car crash
  • Jade Goody - Colm Coss was jailed for 18 weeks after posting obscene messages on Facebook sites set up in memory of the Big Brother star and several other dead people

Duffy is the second person to be jailed for trolling in the UK. Last year Colm Coss was imprisoned for posting obscene messages on Facebook tribute sites, including that of Jade Goody.

Just an update for those worried about Mantrav abuse and threats, I today spoke at length with the High Court Queens Division and the main court just to make sure, and they have no records of any writ as claimed in the emails i have recently received from Mantrav. Quite sad in a way as to get them in the docks under oath would be a dream come true.

As far as i am concerned this matter is closed and has been for a couple of months however Mantrav seem to have nothing better to do that keep on causing more bad PR for themselves by keeping this alive with abusive emails.

I have no time or inclination to review the company again as i have done so fairly, in the correct manner and on the correct platforms.

However, if Mantrav do not leave me alone I will continue to post thier abuse to me on the forums, so it is in the public domain and searchable on google.

I wish my tan would last as long as this stupid saga
