Mantrav are still banging the High Court action drum. They failed in the county court and now say they have "moved it to High Court action.

But, to do what? 

As you can see from the email below Mantrav International (the company i booked with and have a paid invoice from) is not the company that is now emailing me and who is threatening high court action, so straight away there is no case. (they tried to sue me under another company name called Andava before which was worthless.

Secondly he openly admits that our genuine compliments against a company who has abused me and others in writing in a sexual, racial, intimidating, and harassing manner beyond all belief, has not effected his business at all, in fact, he has seen an increase of 4% during the period.

So why sue for £50,000 damages? Laughable.

Mantrav still believe they have "done no wrong" just because they allowed the credit cards and banks to foot the bill and claim back through Mantravs banks. They still think they have don't "no wrong" by blocking anyone from their site who even enquires about a problem and then gives abuse, and only replies with a shrugged shoulder answer of rude and often foul replies. (check out the reviews from others around the net)

Now after all this i have been singled out as the one to target when all i did was the same as other effected people and tell others to watch out after i lost my money and was treated so badly after (the money wasn't the biggest issue, it was the way Mantrav handled this and the threats that followed that is simply unforgivable)

I never received any sort of refund from Mantrav or apology, just made up refund slips, lies, and threats that they "know where i live" and called me a faggot, cock sucker and others names i can't bring myself to type, not to mention using Mantravs own corporate Facebook to post my personal details, photos of me and others surrounded by lies. And to top it off even wrote to my place of work to complain about me. (which was dismissed immediately) That added to the daily and sometimes hourly emails its any wonder they have time to sell any holidays!

I'd dropped all this had no intentions of posting again, i have got my money back from Nationwide, the court case he tried to build against me was stoke out, i'd moved on but Mantrav keep bullying me in to what they think is silence (even though i was silent) but when they poke me I will ALWAYS poke back but publicly, so keep it up Mantrav and so will I. The choice is yours.

You need to understand something, we are NOT Mantrav International UK Ltd, we are NOT Mantrav International Tours Ltd. and you have had no contact with Mr Hardy for over 8 weeks. and he with you,

you listen to Lordship Jones too much, had you removed your posting like others did you would not have a legal action.  Jones nor you know NOTHING about Mantrav its companies or directors or shareholders.

There has been 84 refunds made, and 12 people got compensation, and all the publicity and the “Trolls” has not affected Mantrav one bit, we are busy and only 4% down on bookings from this time last year.

 

  Why do you not believe that Mr Hardy semi  retired 10 months ago, he DOSE NOT run the travel side of the company, only the hotel and the restaurant/bar.

Please let me know what court action as we have 4 pending and none heard. Your was moved to High Court as County Court does not deal with the matter.

Just put the phone down the central office of courts who have the main records on ALL cases in the UK high courts, guess what. nothing.

 

I am today calling the police back into this as you have re ignited the issue, I am pursuing you as an abusive harassing nuisance. I strongly suggest you take legal advice and can back up what you have sent me.

 

The very fact that you think you are the victim, is laughable. The emails and screen grabs I have regarding the abuse both of a sexual and race nature not to mention the threats and lies makes even my eyes water.

I have spoken to parliament view nothing received. Spoken to the high court nothing on record. I have requested from you to send me details and you have not replied rendering you in contempt and deliberately trying to be difficult which if there is a court case will go against you

I know this is more or less dead now, but wanted to close on an update.

Mantravs threats of county court and high court action came to nothing (surprise surprise) i have had an official letter from the county count saying the case was thrown out for a multitude of reasons and the high court never received any sort of instruction for Mantrav, so another lie.

So if you have, or are getting threats from Mantrav for speaking up, thats all they are empty threats.

If you do book a holiday make sure that are ABTA and ATOL bonded and not some fairy tail "fully covered" DIY job. Better still book with a well known travel company not a booking agent that will leave you in stranded should things go wrong.
