Mr Hardy seems to be rather upset [msg below], has anyone informed the met police that he has re initiated his harassment tactics?  I'm not really sure what he's got against me, I sat and listened to him for hour after hour while he repeatedly contradicted himself after leaving rambling messages on our phone system that he couldn't even remember when asked for clarification.

Does anyone know if he is still using the same law firm?  They seemed fairly legitimate...

The case will be big time, now have top lawyers, Thoonen is going to be the worse as he controlled Google Groups and made it a closed group So everything published was his .... big mistake, the court will be able to view all on the i pad as evidence. The law is, no matter where the message was posted if it can be read in Uk it’s a crime under the malicious communications act....the fact is you guys got it seriously wrong. As for Ferris, one e-mail or even two, but over 1000?
