The intention of to organize this Action Learning Saturday was how Physical Health has often been an ignored choice and an unprioritized action in my life. Amidst all the work that I do and how busy I keep life or life keeps me, how my body feels ( healthy/ unhealthy ) gets translated outside in my actions as an impact simultaneously. Often I lack the motivation despite understanding the need, sometimes wish for a good company to play along and most of the times put it on time that how busy the day was. And in this new year I thought, how do I motivate myself to be more fit and feel more healthy and have some fun alongside and then I thought what better to have all of us sweating it out together one morning, getting in action to be fit and having fun. To take us through this morning, we will have Sumeet Bhaiya (Alumni of Youth Alliance) with us. He is a fitness trainer, a social worker, senior manager at technology company: Cadence Design Systems, and founder of running and fitness group XFR – Xpress Fitness & Running. Bhaiya would get us sweaty and dirty through some exercises, routine work-outs also talking about his journey and motivation and letting us find ours. While we will also be playing some games (like Frisbee, Badminton) or any other game that excites you and we can play together, we would wait for you to come! So just pull yourself out of that blanket and drop by, we promise lots of fun. Feel free to bring along friends, family or anyone whose company you would enjoy or want. More the merrier. :)
