Hope you are doing good! This year has been exciting in terms of exploring new avenues for Youth Alliance, expanding our program base and continuously engaging with alumni community to strengthen it further. The upcoming weekend will bring together our alumni entrepreneurs and it is testimony of what impact the organization has created over the years. As we move ahead in the journey, we want to get more people on board who align with similar thought process, yet bring diversity in team and are committed to the cause of the organization.
- Program Facilitator
- Alumni Community Creator
Both roles are key to the growth of the organization and will take the organization forward. We are looking for someone who has belief in the processes of Youth Alliance and wants to further the idea of organisation. Brief summary of role:
Program FacilitatorSince the entire work at Youth Alliance is based on enabling each individual to recognise their potential and work towards realising it, as a Program Facilitator you will get an opportunity to create a safe space by keeping principles of equal worth, dignity and equal voice to all, at the centre of it.
Alumni Community Creator
Over the years we have seen how sharing and learning from each other is not limited to the program time but continues to grow, thereby forming a community of individuals who support each other to walk the path they have chosen. As an organisation, we strongly believe that building a thriving alumni community is a key to creating ripples of change in the world. As an Alumni Community Creator, you will get an opportunity to create and nurture this growing alumni family by building relationships and programs for sustained engagement and growth of the community.
