Hello All,

Hope you are doing well.

Let me explain my issue.

I want to run PyTorch PPML Framework Tutorial ( https://gramine.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorials/pytorch/index.html

I am using a university server where the SGX enclave is enabled (the Professor & admin team handled this part ).

I am using Ubuntu 22.04 version.

Steps I followed:-

'Hello World' worked fine but Pytorch failed in the final step.

I also tried to download and compile with the latest 1.6 version but didn't work.

Attaching both documents for better understanding.

My ultimate target for this step is mentioned below:-

Secret Provisioning flows, ECDSA-based (DCAP) attestation:
make app dcap RA_TYPE=dcap # test encrypted files client (other examples can be tested similarly) cd secret_prov_pf ./server_dcap wrap_key & gramine-sgx ./client

If anyone succeed before, please let me know the server configuration which I should follow.

I also planning to try Azure. Any guidance would be a great help!

Please let me know.

Regards
Saikat

I took a quick look. Please make sure you are installing Gramine 1.5. This tutorial is only tested with Gramine 1.5.

Also not sure why you are installing the DCAP driver when trying to build Gramine 1.6. From Kernel 5.11 onwards, SGX driver is part of Linux kernel.

Please read documentation carefully.

Thanks

Mona

Thanks, Mona for your reply.

I was trying to download and compile gm. For that reason, I was enabling DCAP.

Just curious, For you, is this tutorial run successfully?
