New Membership Level at Gramercy HOAAG: "MarketPlace-Only"

Dear Everyone,
In response to several comments we received regarding the evolving nature of this Group from an advocacy and grievance group to becoming more like an "eBay" or "OLX" where members posts messages to sell, buy, or rent their units, we would like to re-emphasize that our Group will remain to be an ADVOCACY, GRIEVANCE, AND ACTION group as it was originally intended to do so.
However, we also need to recognize that letting everyone know that one's unit(s) is/are for sale or rent or you want to buy other people's units is also a part of building a thriving and engaged community of owners which is also one of our founding principles.
To balance these seemingly conflicting interests, we are delighted to announce the introduction of a new level of membership to our Group called "MarketPlace-Only". This level of membership is restricted only to the MarketPlace section of our website and recommended for real estate agents or property managers (individuals or firms) who want to reach an exclusive group of Gramercy owners who want to buy, sell, or rent their unit(s). Gramercy Unit Owners who prefer not to become a full member of Gramercy HOAAG but would like to SELL, BUY, or RENT their unit(s) to fellow Unit Owners or to the general public can also choose this level of membership. IMPORTANT NOTE: MarketPlace-Only Members DO NOT enjoy the full benefits of full membership to Gramercy HOAAG as described here: http://gramercyphils.org/about/membership
As such moving forward, we will no longer allow posting of for sale, rent, or buy messages in this Google Group in order for this mailing list to stay focused on its primary function as an advocacy, grievance, and action group. If you want to sell, rent, or by Gramercy Units, please do so via our MarketPlace section .
We are hoping for your kind understanding, cooperation, and continued support to our Group. Should you have any comments or suggestions, please let us know.
