Dear Gramercy Owner Group Members,

I have owned a few units in the Makati area for a number of years now and was a member and strong supporter of the owners group.

The intention of my wife and I was to own a portfolio of units in the Philippines and retire there with a modest income from the units. However, after battling cancer for 5 years, my Filipina wife finally succumbed to this horrific disease last year.

I now find that I have lost all enthusiasm for the units or relocating to the Philippines and I therefore wish to dispose of my units.

The unit details are as below. If anyone is interested, please contact me to discuss. Alternatively, please recommend a suitable broker(s) to assist me in the sale of the units.

I will be in Ortigas/Makati from the 16th March until 24th March to view the units, pay fees and other matters, so can meet anyone interested then.
